Hello i bought recently an MyGIca ATV585 and 3 days latter the button power off from remote control just stop working from nothing, i already upgrade to the last firmware and update but nothing. Someone can help plz

If it's the KR-40, try changing batteries. The batteries that came with the unit weren't be best. If that doesn't work try pairing the remote to the usb adaptor.
