MYGICA ATV586 (I got it, but....)

(sorry for my level of english, I´m writing from Spain)

I receive this morning my brilliant atv586 with dvbt tuner. I´m testing yet. But already detected a pair of issues.

1.- On DTV player, I can´t change the order of channels in the program list. I go to "Program Edit" (default password 0000), select channel, I press "green button" that says "move" and press the arrows and thats all, dont works. I´m wrong? How I can edit list of channels? Any guide?

2.- My webcams dosn´t work on Skype app (I have logitech c270 model and c525 model) neither works with skype, the video shut off when the other person accept the call. (I connected internet with LAN cable)

is there any solutions? I know this atv586 was release just now, and I´ll be patient, but meanwhile if you can help me.

I don't know if there are differences with the firmware or just the tuner, with North American and European Version. I would suggest contacting the factory direct for tech support.
