Done with MyGica

Sorry to say but I'm done with MyGica. I have asked for help to no avail, tried reading forums, looking online and such but nothing. Thought that it was an awesome little device or at least could be but having to manually hook up a usb or external hard drive to get the unit to find videos proved to be too much of a hassle.

My favourite advise that was given was too upgrade to the most expensive unit... Like I would throw good money after bad. I will be returning the unit for a second time and getting a full refund. I would NOT recommend the unit to anyone unless you are fine with porting a usb stick around.

call 1855 694 4228 and bug the shit out of them. I know it's frustrating .
