Atv1800E remote control does not work

I've had this box for a couple of months now and the remote is a hit or miss when it works. Cannot turn device on and sometimes difficult to turn off. Once on it is fine.

How do I get a new remote that works. This has been since I got it.

Try new batteries. I don't know what remote you have but I got the KR-40 with mine and had to change it 2 weeks into purchasing it. I have since changed to the KR-301 and the batteries didn't last long after receiving it either.
