Issue with screen freezing

I have a mygica 1900ac box and also a 1800e and have an app installed on those as well as my phone that is also an android samsung s5 the app in question is called Treehouse and I use it for my 3 year old daughter the app itself works fine both on the 1800e and my phone but when it comes to the 1900ac the screen freezes but sound still plays. The reason I write this here is cause i am not sure where else to post about this issue
