Can no longer see wifi signal

I've had the box for about a week now. I decided to move it to a different TV. When I did, it now can't see the wifi. So, I returned it to the original location thinking perhaps the signal was too weak. But still no wifi. It is sitting 3' from the wifi router, so signal is not an issue. So, I tried to reset the box back to factory and it hangs on Shutting System Down. Is there another way to hard boot the box to reset it?

I'm a new user. We're having trouble with the WIFI turning off and will not re-start. I've had my ATV600 for a week and it was working fine until today. Can I do a reboot or is there some other issue. Tried turning if off and back on, but no luck. Please help!
