My KR3000GM remote has both lights

My KR3000GM remote has both lights on after charging and won't control my 520E (upgraded to 4.2.2). It hasn't ever been able to connect and I can't find any instructions about a reset or sync. The original remote for the box does work.

Also the XBMC limit of 720 resolution issue is a major one for me. I'll have to return the device if it can't do 1080. Not much point in a device that is stuck at 720. This needs to be on the outside of the packaging box otherwise it is quite deceptive.

How soon until 1080 is supported? Can video playback happen outside XBMC with 1080 resolution and 7.1 sound?

Finally, you should have all the downloads available on your main site, not on the forums (that don't work well), locked away under a login. That is really annoying.
