Android on my screen - 520

Hi there,

Skill level is a min here, but suddenly my 520 has stopped working and the green Android has appeared...even at times the word Android has stayed on the screen with no movement.

I have tried the upgrade button on the base with no difference.

Is this a hardware issue that I ought to be replacing the box or a firmware issue?
