ATV582 Not booting

Good day

I am so desperate for someone to help me that I can cry... I tried to manually update my ATV582 and it said that the cash is full I need to format it or manual clean. I clicked format after witch it prompted for a restart. After that it doesnt boot and the screen stays black. I presume I bricked it. Can someone please point me in the direction of the files I need to download to reinstall everything and to get it working again?

I have tried the fixes in the other posts but the closest i come to restoring the OS is that it freezes half way through. Can someone please explain to me how to make a bootable sd an where i can get the right files. Or do i just download any update and copy the zip to the SD because that does not seem to work. I can only get to recovery mode if I follow the last post on this page:
