    Plex v4.5 Crashing..

Plex v4.5 Crashing.. It's been a while since I've used Plex since KODI, but looks like KODI isn't as popular as it was before with so many Video Addons being shut down. Anyways, I've tried used Plex yesterday after the newest update and the app constantly crashes after the sign in page. Googling the problem, a couple of Plex engineers indicated that it's most likely something that MyGica setup that Plex doesn't like on their Android boxes as I can confirm it works fine on my Android tablet and phone.
  4. Root Patch for latest Beta Firmware 2017.06.12?? Hi Team, Just wondering if a root patch is going to be available for the latest beta firmware dated 2017.06.12?? Runs great, but I lost root from the previous version and I'm stuck with a few apps that need root access. Thanks in advance. jimbo

    ATV1900 Pro vs ATV1900ac

I have been reading the forums for a while now and find myself more confused than before. There seems to be a lack of clarity here. I would ask that someone from MyGica please answer clearly my questions. For the sake of clarity....... 1) Is the firmware for the ATV1900Pro the same as for the ATV1900ac? 2) My ATV1900Pro list the following info: Device name ATV495Pro 16G: Model ATV495Pro 16Gb: Version 5.1.1: Kernel ljw@ubl124 #2 Mon Jul 25 09:45:29 HKT2016: Build V001m901_20161013. What is the correct update to the firmware to resolve the screen, remote, issues? 3) My AVT1900Pro reports that it is not rooted. I wish to modify the hosts file in order to complete some specialty set ups for my home network, pvr, ota antenna etc etc. How to I root the device or what is the proper firmware update to solve this? I have always enjoyed my other MyGica products, however, I have always found the forums difficult to navigate to find the proper answers to my questions. I would appreciate some clarity in your answer. Thanks you.
