I followed your instructions on the site to upgrade, and now the box stays with a red light and does nothing, no screen or anything.

I notivced you left your email for someone with a simaler problem????

What can I do to correct this as the box is only around 5 months old.

The only option we have right now is to have you exchange the unit with the company you purchased it from, as we do not have a way to unbrick boxes right now.

If it was purchased from one of our resellers in Canada or the USA, we can also do the exchange for you.

Sounds like you will need to re install XBMC.

Make sure you download the XBMC 13.2 Gotham Android ARM Edition.

Please note you will need to re configure XBMC afterwards, as your add ons and user data will be lost.

I got the myGica atv520e and it said 4gb of internal storage and I can only see about 2.4 gb available. Is this because of the software that is installed? I also upgraded to 4.2.

The Operating system and the pre installed apps are what is taking up 1.6GB of your memory
