1900 Bricked after auto software update

During an auto software update the box rebooted but failed - looks bricked. Anyway to fix this myself or do I have to do an RMA?

One of mine has done the same. Please let us know if there is a solution.

PS...the .com support page says 4 hrs to download firmware files. I think there is something wrong with the server.

Same here. The upgrade process has started and got stuck. The Android man stopped moving his antenae...

I fixed it.

I downloaded the zip file from here http://bit.ly/ATV1900ac

unzipped to a usb stick - plugged it into the usb port on the mygica box

when crashed went to "apply update from EXT" and selected usb and used this file MyGica-ATV1900AC_20160229.img

reloaded the box to original
