Moataz 0 Report post Posted July 25, 2018 OS update Hi, I bought my TV box in Europe ATV 185 when I tried to install the the update, i used the files for ATV 585 as it was advised that they run the same OS. Now after the update the TV box is stuck at the homepage and I can not select any option or reset or do anything. Simply stuck and not allowing me to do anything. Can you please help?
