  1. I need the actual Video file that you are using to reproduce this so it can be solved Just email me where you downloaded it from support@mygica.ca If its a large file don't worry, I have a 100MB Download connection with unlimited bandwidth
  2. We might have to come out with a new firmware which factory resets everything. Since there has been to many issues with the Play Store, and certain apps not installing properly after taking the 03-21 Firmware. Also the fact its not installing properly for certain people. We do not experience these issues on the 03-27 Firmware for the ATV 585, and this firmware factory resets everything. As for the HDMI Blacking out issue, this is still being worked on I also now have a fix for the NO WIFI issue on the ATV 1800E 2015 Editions. I will post it soon in the downloads section

For everyone having issues with there screens going blank when changing HDMI inputs and going back to your MyGica and also when you first turn on the TV I have been trying to reproduce this issue here on 5 different brands of TV's but I cannot do it. I have tried all types of resolution settings also. Could you please post the brand name and model of your TV, so I can try it on my end. I was able to reproduce the Play Store issue myself coming from 11-05 firmware and also Beta Firmware, so that is being worked on by engineers.

For everyone having issues with there screens going blank when changing HDMI inputs and going back to your MyGica and also when you first turn on the TV I have been trying to reproduce this issue here on 5 different brands of TV's but I cannot do it.   6. The guide on Magtv probably does not work because your service provider doesn't provide it. Not all service providers have a EPG guide.

  10. Ok guys I have read through this entire thread. And I see the main issues are the following 1. Losing picture when bringing the unit back from Standby mode, or powering up the TV while the box is still on, or from switching between HDMI Inputs on your TV. 2. Google Play Store logging in issues. I find this is caused by users coming from the BETA Firmware. 3. Support for USB Keyboard/Mouse Devices from other brands These are important issues to fix, and I have informed our engineers to fix these ASAP. As for the issues of users not being able to load the firmware and it failing. I have personally installed this firmware onto over 80 boxes, without any issues of it installing at all. Each time I used a 16GB SD Card formatted on FAT 32. If there are other major issues I have missed, please reply after this post Thanks Justin

  12. Look under applications KODI Should be in there If not a Factory reset will re install KODI. Just make sure to backup your add ons before Hi, similar problem for me... I don't find it under applications nor can I find in mygica store... rather than doing a factory reset and loosing all my data, which was preserved when I loaded this new image, couldn't we get your mygica version of kodi through the mygica store ? Also if I have to do the factory reset, is that a factory reset through done through android or bottom button push (maybe a small reminder tutorial on that would help). Thanks ! John Sounds like those 2 new apps did not install on the upgrade for you. They will re install if you do a factory reset. Which can be done by going into "Other Settings" done through Android. If you installed apps from the Play Store, you can simply re install them by logging into your Play Store account again after the factory reset.
  13. Good to hear the upgrade went well for you. As for the KODI logo, that is a custom logo made by us, to look better on the main screen of the launcher, sorry if you don't like it.

  15. You have to reload the portal or app after you enter in the portal data. It is black screen at first because no portal details are in your settings when you first launch the app
  16. Try the MyGica store version of Mag TV. I guess they have not updated the Play Store version yet.
  17. Look under applications, KODI is listed there
  18. I did Ethernet tests at over 10 different locations, using 12 different routers. This included testing the speed on a PC first and then the box. Also got others who had this file test it as well with same feedback. Each time it matched what the PC got. As I have said before, we cannot add Bluetooth USB Dongle support without help from AMlogic, which they have not thus far.
  19. For those of you having Play Store issues. I have found this coming from the BETA Firmware. What I did in my testing was flash back the 11-05 Firmware, then go with the new 03/31 Firmware and do a factory reset. The Play Store then worked for me
  20. They update the version of File Manager with the latest one from the Play Store. I like it better because I use a mouse remote. But I do see why it is annoying for those that use the IR Remote. Ill see if I can post up the old version as an APK file, but keep in mind if you take the update from the Play Store, it will update to the new version again

  23. Which USB controllers are you referring to? Because I use a USB Controller on mine
