Setup Issue

I hook my 1800e up and switch video input to Video 2. I get the Welcome screen but it keeps rolling and I can get it to stop rolling so I can start the set programming. Any suggestions?

Power off and Check if your a hdmi cable is seated properly on the box and TV, If it persists, take a picture of it and post it for us to help diagnose.
