MyGica 1800e Internal Video Player no video just audio

Hey guys,

Are you aware of this issue and is there a fix for this?

I noticed that with several applications when trying to play something. Audio does play but there is no video. Just a black screen.

These are the apps I tried.

I just got a ATV 1800e 2015 Edition. It came with the latest firmware and I encountered this issue on all 3 apps. However YouTube App works fine for videos. I also played a bunch of MP4, MKV and TS video files from my NAS drive and they play fine with audio and video.

MP4 through the Internal Video Player, MKV through XBMC and the TS file through 4K Video Player.

Everything worked fine on those players. So I decided to update to the latest beta firmware and the problem is still there. I did notice that if I install MX Player for example then I can choose on the Mag TV- Stalker IPTV Emulator to use the External Player and use MX Player and then both Audio and Video play fine but MX Player introduces another issue when browsing the channels, it automatically plays any channel that is selected.

I have seen YouTube Videos of Mag TV- Stalker IPTV Emulator working fine with the internal player. Does anyone have these issues with their apps where the video does not show but audio is played using the internal video player?

Could some of you maybe test with the YouTube Kids App? There I get no video, just audio.

The next official release will solve the internal video player issues on the Mag APP.

We will have to try the YouTube kids app to see what its using.

Yes you should be able to reproduce the issue with the YouTube Kids app.

I really hope this gets fixed in the next version
