Mouse Mode on KR60

I'm trying to figure out how the mouse mode works on the KR60.

When I press the button, no led blinks.

Am I supposed to hold the mouse mode button down and press the arrow keys at the same time?

Tips please?

I replaced mine, but, when you press the arrow key, top left above OK, then the Arrow should show on the TV. When you move the controller the arrow will move.

I found it real finicky, so I bought an OEM.

I guess MyGica/Geniatech were a bit too fast on sticking the little green QC sticker on mine.

No arrow appears on my screen when I press the arrow button nor the remote LED lights up.

Not trying to sound like a d1ck, but, u sure the batteries are good in the remote?

Lol ... the batts are good.

The remote is working fine for all other functions except for when trying to use the mouse mode.

That's the only button that doesn't light up the LED.
