atv582 issues

when using xbmc my audio drops every now and than picture seems to be ok.

problem 2 if I store ovies on my hard drive connected to my router when I put a new movie on a lot of times I get no sound but I get sound on laptop and ps3 so something with the media center with the 582. but if I remove a movie every now and then I get sound. hoping I can resolve this without buyin an other box
