Problem With ATV1220 DVB T2

Dear Everybody,

Recent days, I have a problem with ATV1220T2,

When i open DVB-T2 channel throught DTV app it working normally but it will be crashed the screen when i close it. CPU and another apps still working but i can't see anything because of the crashed screen. i have to hard-reset my ATV1220.

how can i fix this problem ? i have already replace HDMI cable, updated lastest firmware. this problem also happen with AV cable.

My ATV1220 still in warranty, will i receive a new one follow Geniatech 's warranty policy ?

Sorry but we are unfamiliar with the ATV 1220-DVB-T model, as we do not carry it in North America since we use ATSC.
