simplynovice 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2015 Hey there, For starters, I apologize in advance as my techie skills are very limited if not virtually non existent. Last week I had received a new box as a gift to replace the mygica box I currently have. The box reads SMART TV BOX M5 on it. Is anyone familiar with it? I tried using it and worked well for the most part until recently there was a glitch and I lost all my info and then after following a few steps I was able to retrieve all my info. Only thing is watching anything with the box it loses the hideaway function to "stop, pause, fast forward, rewind etc.." at the bottom of the screen. When using my KR100 remote I can only get the cursor to appear on the screen thats it. Basically unable to perform any other function or pause a video halfway or even stop it. Can anyone help?
