KR-40 Remote

Just picked up new 1800E.

Remote will power unit on and off but all other buttons do nothing.

My build number is V002M801_20150321

IS there a newer firmware?

I called Support.

Issue resolved.

I reseated the usb dongle that came with the remote and it all works fine now. I may not have pushed it all the way in originally.

The remote (KR40) is way too small, hard time seeing keyboard. Also everytime i press the go back button the mouse pointer appears on screen!
