Hello everyone i have downloaded Wild TV on my android box , everything works perfectly until i go to watch the "Live Stream" soon as i click it and it says cant play this video, my sons wild tv app works perfectly with this program and live stream opens up perfectly? what can i do? please help

I try and not let me log in to the web brwoser always asks me my user name and password I try my pc and it works well and my son box is m8
