I have just bought a new atv1800e just 4 days ago.im having problems with really bad buffering and i have great wifi connection. And my remote has totally stopped working. Does anyone have any ideas or no of this being a problem especially the remote problem as i can't do any thing.and i have treid moving the receiver in all usb ports. Any help please.

For Buffering, it could be few things, where your getting your content, also make sure your not too far from router or modem if you check with Wifi Analyzer you will see how far you are even if it shows 5 signal bar

for Remote you need to Sync it properly....

Please follow these steps

1) make sure your dongle is unplugged

2) hold the "left" arrow button + "rewind" button at the same time

3) once the light is blinking on the remote, then plug in the USB dongle
