movie screen is oversized for tv

all screens for mygica appear in the full area of the tv, but any movies played only show a quarter of the picture as if the movie is four times the size of the tv. anyone have any suggestions to remedy the situation.

Are you having this issue when using XBMC / KODI? If so it sounds like you will need to reset or change the your video output setting. You can find them from the XBMC / KODi main menu,

System>Settings>System>Video Output

There you will find the video calibration. Try to adjust your video size there or choose Reset to default.

To have access to all menu setting be sure to have you setting leves set to expert.
