MyGica tuner not working with Samsing Tablets

I have this Android tuner that works great on my Moto G Stylus, but when I attach to either of my Samsung Galaxy Tablets via USB Micro to USB c adapter, it says "No Device". I have tried several adapters. ANy ideas?
