atv1800e having problem

My ATV1800E has worked great for the last 4 months.

Now I can not get Internet with it. Not using WIFI or Ethernet.

When box is running , there used to be a green light on. red light when shut off.

Now there is a green light and a red light on at the same time.

Can anyone think of a solution or why this is happening

is it possible you could process a Master Reset on the box, but before you process please back up your apps

the process for hard reset is the same for ATV1200 and ATV1800 process it via this video 69hfD8j2rdg
