netflix not loading

my netflix will not load. I get could bot load data retry message,

Have you updated the Netflix app from the google play store? If you have not done this please do and try again

I can't login in to play store . i just get can't establish a reliable connection,

I got Netflixs working by reinstalling it via mygica store.

But I still can't access google play store.
