mygica atv582 keeps turning on and off

new mygica atv582 keeps rebooting cant do anything with it,keeps going to a screen that says stand by or reboot.Not sure what is going on with it,i have only added fusion and sports devil to it.now the box wont power up by remote only turns back on if I unplug it.i have 3 boxes and 2 out of 3 work mint.not sure if I have to send it back to the dealer or is there a way to reset it and start over.

EDIT) now box only boots up to kitkat screen then turns itself off

EDIT) tried doing factory reset and when I get there it turns itself off and wont doit

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like an issue with the box

I would submit an RMA ticket for warranty
