Setting up a remote BIlingul keyboard

I am trying to configure a physical remote keyboard so I can swithch between English and Arabic.

Any ideas on how to set this up?

Have you tried changing the default language of the box from English to Arabic?

Or if you still want english menus, then you can download an Arabic keyboard from the Play Store, and change it to this under the Native Android settings menu under Language and Input.
