Frustrated with all the issues with Mygica 1800e

I bought this box a while ago but it has never performed as I had hoped despite being told it was a good box. I don't want to be always messing with it. I just want a box that works. So much so I had been considering going to another manufacture. Minix. I see the 1900ac has the features I would like to have like ac wifi. Is this box available in Canada? IS IT WORKING correctly.
