App not working

Hello I have downloaded this app from the playstore https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... 14.cbc.and and when I went to the live section to play the stream I get an error saying it cannot play the video. When I went to try it on my android phone it is working. Can anyone help thankyou.

Will have to find out which format they are streaming in, as that message seems to be indicating it cannot support the format the video is being broadcasted in.

Oh how can I find that out. And if it isn't compatible can I use another program to play the streams?

Seems all video is played within this app.

And I am not sure what format or type of stream they are playing it in.

To try and watch the games, try downloading the Film On app from the play store, Under UK Live TV, they have the ITV channels, ITV is the licensed broadcaster for the World Cup in the UK, I have tried film on myself, and it works great.
