PFTV was already installed when I bought my ATV582 and loved it. Now it seems to be corrupt and nothing plays at all.

It returns errors every time. Tells me all the time to see log...first of all where would I find the log and secondly I likely wouldn't be able to understand it anyway. I know very little about technology and am wondering is there a way I can remove this then reinstall it?

Genesis is iffy also and returns lots of errors. My best one now is Prime Wire but afraid that will eventually cop out also.

Would appreciate any help in the simplest terms possible..lol
