No Playable Sources Found

I am trying to watch some PBS programs on the browser. No matter what program I am trying to watch I get the error message: "No playable source found". How do I fix this problem?

I didn't realize that I could scan for local TV stations. How do I do this and where will they appear on the MyGica screen?

If you skip forward to the 4 minute mark, it will show you how to scan the Over the Air (ATSC) channels. The Antenna included is sort of weak, you may need to purchase another antenna to watch all the Digital TV programming.

I'll let the mods answer why you can't view PBS via the website.
