Play Store not installing or updating apps

Hi,

Regardless of WIFI or Ethernet connection, I am not able to install or update any of the apps from Play Store. When I click install or update, it just brings me back to the home screen. Please advise.

I haven't heard of this issue, are you logged into the playstore? Will it let you log in? please give us the step you took.

Yes I am logged in the play store as I have profile with google that I have been using for years on my phone as well.
