Logitech M325 Strange Issue

I have an issue when using my Logitech M325 with the Mygica box. It has one of those little dongles and uses IR technology. My issue however is not connectivity because I can maneuver the mouse about the screen, however it seems as though I cannot move the mouse pointer to the far right or bottom portions of my screen. Does anyone know what the issue might be or if there is a setting I just don't have tweaked properly? Thanks in advance.

And now it seems that when I turn the wireless mouse off I am still not able to move the mouse pointer outside of the same restrictive box as with the mouse on the remote came with the box. How can I reset this without having to reset the whole box?
