i updated my android 1800 went to do a factory reset now its asking for password i didn't put in a password for anything on android .is there a master password that i can use on the 1800 android any help is appreciated thank you

I have never heard of this before myself.

You can always do a Hard Reset, by using the reset button on the back of the box. Which will take you to the Android Recovery Menu.
