atv 1200 freezes while streaming

I have an ATV 1200 KR60 with the Android 4.2 Firmware update and KODI 15.1. This thing keeps on freezing while streaming movies or tv shows... then only the audio start playing and the video stays frozen.

I contacted the mygica support chat line and they referred me to this forum and recommended to post the issue to get help in resolving this issue.

Sorry for delay answering your questions,

please try this to see if it helps,

(( Remember since its Streaming Online its not supported by MyGica ))

but to help Click on Settings // Video //

Then at the bottom Click and change to Setting level to Advanced

then Select Acceleration and Click off the check mark in there

Then Reboot your Kodi, and try again see if that helps
