ATV1900ac not working with plex.

Unfortunately the 1900 causes the Plex app to crash. I run this same app on other android devices without any issue and for some reason it doesn't work. I called MyGica and they have no help. Does anyone have this app running? When I load it it crashes during login. Plex advised me that it is 1900 and that the OS has many bugs. I sent them a video with by problem and they noticed that the app icons are not the way they are supposed to be, meaning that the OS is buggy.

I am almost ready to give up on the 1900 and return it, I hope that I could get some help.
