Cannot mount SD Card

Hi

I have a new ATV585. I however cannot get the SD Card to mount.

I have tried 3 different cards and formatted using exfat, FAT32 and NTFS without any luck.

THe unit simply says preparing SD card for use, and then nothing happens. THe card does not mount and will not be read.

Please help

I had an issue like this a couple of days ago, had to buy new SD card. I was surprised that I "wore" out my old one LMAO.
