ATV400 Reinsttalling xbmc

Hi

I was following an instruction in yourube on how to install Kodi on my box and according to that it was first required to unlistall XBMC which I did. However now after installing the Kodi it would not allow me to add any add on source and keep freezing. so how do I flush my box and reinstall XBMC again please advise step by step process.
