I can't seem to activate by bluetooth in the settings menu. Am i missing something?

You have to go into "Other Settings"

In there is the Bluetooth Option.

i turn the slider to "on" and then it says "turning bluetooth on" and then it flips back to "off"

What is the serial # on your 582?

You can find a sticker on the bottom of your unit that will tell you the serial #.
