Issues With Teamviewer Quick Support Application on 1900AC

Hey guys,

My parents recently bought a MyGica 1900AC but there's a small problem with the firmware on the unit. They're not too tech savvy so I use Teamviewer Quick Support program to help them out in Kodi/show them where to go.

The problem is the program runs for about 3-4 minutes no problem and then the device just restarts itself. I have an ATV1800 myself and I tested it on that one with no problem.

Just wondering if you're aware with the problem?

Do you think this update will be OTA or manual update?

I have tried this here on 3 different boxes using the latest Nov 10th FW

And we are able to fully run Teamviewer from our PC, the box does not reboot

Can you please explain in steps what you did, so maybe I can reproduce it?

Hey Justin/MyGica guys,

Any update on this? Still not able to connect to my parents unit via teamviewer. Unless there was a new firmware that came out and fixed this that I was aware of.
