problems with boot up with controller

I've recently bought the ATV582 and have only used it for Kodi to stream files from my puter downstairs. The issue I run into is when I use the controller to turn on the box I get a flashing screening. I then have to unplug and replug it back in to get the box to boot up properly.

I,ve the same problem (more or less) I turn on my atv586 through the rempte control but dont wake up, i,ve to wait 1 or 2 minute at least, then the remote controller respond.
