4k issue.

To start off, I have an atv380 that is hooked up to a Vizio P series TV.

In the 380's settings, under " display", if I set "HDMI output" to any of the 4k options my TV acts as though it's trying to change inputs. This results in my TV blacking out momentarily, over and over.

I've tried diffents HDMI cables and different inputs on the TV - nothing changes.

No other piece if hardware hooked up to my TV does this. I've even tried hooking up a friends 4k capable android box (non MyGica) and this problem does not exist.

I'm on android 4.4.2. Build is 20150321

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, or if it is at all possible for the guys at MyGica to test this out.

i believe you have been stuck on 50Hz video out put. to fix this issue factory reset the box it will work like charm and after factory reset is done

by going to Settings // display // turn off the auto detection and changing re-solultion to 1080P 60Hz would fix the issue
