sd card cannot take update

Hello peeps I keep getting the same issue with my 585 brand new out of the box it takes 2 updates but on the second update it sez my sd card is full and cannot take the update. how do I fix this because nothing is loaded on them they are brand new fresh out of the box plugged in for the first time

i would suggest you format MicroSD card as FAT32 reload the files in it and retry

if didn't work re-download the file unzip and drag and drop the files in the MicroSD and try again
