Won't Recognize Local Upgrade

Hi,

I have decided to try to reinstall my fw but the AVC380 does not seem to recognize that the SD card is inserted.

I have loaded from this SD card in the past. Has anyone seen anything like this?

I just read the "press the context 10+ times". That has helped and I now see the fw file.
