back button on remote not working properly in kodi

Instead of the back button taking you back a level it takes you right back to the main Kodi screen. it work fine before now it does not after i did the feb update 2016 for mygica 1900ac . i wenback to the old firmware still not working corectly in kodi anyway to fix this? it was working fine before. Also I did a reset and that did not fix it.

Its been this way for awhile, since the September update I believe, the work around is to use the delete key or install the kodi key mapper addon

Thanks for the reply i dont have a delete key on my remote, it does not have the keyboard it's the remote that came with it and i will check the addon thanks
