h.265 sync issues

Hello...

I have been struggling with h.265 encoded videos -- they rapidly lose av sync by about 1 second each minute of play -- isn't the AV380 supposed to be able to support these files? I am on the latest firmware file is playing from a local nas -- but its only the h.265 encoded files that have issues..

The ATV 380 only software decodes H.265

So that is probably why you are experiencing these issues.

If wanting to get the best playback for H.265 content, you would need a device that Hardware decodes H.265
