no audio!

Hello there, I am having audio problems.. The atv1200 is connected via hdmi to my television..

I have been putting the movie files on a SD card and teying to play them through the atv box,, they play but theres no sound, I have tried all sound options under settings but still no luck.. How can I remedy this... the files work fine on my lap top, as well as when i attach the hdmi cable from my laptop to the TV..

I just checked out the you tube app and theres no audio from it either...

Try doing a factory reset to see if your sound comes back, also try a different HDMI cable.

If this does not work, then you will have to have your unit warrantied.
