MyGica crashes my iPad ?

I have this really strange issue with MyGica in that when the box is on the Netflix app on my iPad crashes. As soon as I turn off the MyGica box the app works normally on the iPad. I read somewhere there was a fix but I could not get it to work and cannot find it now, anyone else have this issue and do you have a solution? thanks,
